A tamper-evident label does one critical thing: it makes interference visible. When a product, component, or package has been opened, moved or tampered with, the label leaves irrefutable evidence — a VOID message on the surface, a destroyed substrate, or the complete absence of the label itself.

Material printed with unique sequential serial numbers for product traceability, batch audit trails, and chain of custody documentation. Available with barcodes and QR codes.
Covert feature security material
Materials incorporating invisible ultraviolet ink features — text, logos, or unique identifiers — visible only under UV illumination. A covert authentication layer for high-threat brand protection or regularoty compliance.
Specification-grade regulated labels

Permanent (Partial transfer) labels

- What types of tamper-evident label materials are available?
We manufacture five main label material types: DRY PEEL (total transfer) label material that leaves a full VOID message on the surface, LOW RESIDUE (no residue) label material that leaves a VOID message on the surface of the label without leaving adhesive residue on the surface, PERMANENT (partial transfer) label material that leaves a partial VOID message on the surface, ULTRA DESTRUCT (destructible eggshell) label material that fragments on removal, and SPECIFICATION GRADE label material developed to bespoke client requirements
- What is the difference between residue and no-residue labels?
Residue label material leaves a full or partial VOID message or adhesive pattern on the surface when removed — ideal for most security applications. No-residue label material voids irreversibly but leaves no adhesive residue on the surface, making it suitable for premium packaging where surface appearance and integrity must be preserved.
- What is a destructible (eggshell) label material?
A destructible label material is manufactured from an ultra-fragile vinyl substrate that fractures into small fragments on any removal attempt. The label cannot be peeled off intact, providing permanent and unambiguous evidence of interference. It is commonly used for asset protection and high-security product sealing.
- What are your Minimum Order Quantities?
We can offer as little as 500 linear metres of material and also offer a slitting service, provided that the full decal width is achieved.
- What substrates can tamper-evident label material be applied to?
Our label materials are available on paper, polypropylene, polyester, and engineered security substrates. Adhesive compounds can be formulated for specific surface types and environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, chemical exposure, and humidity. We can manufacture label material that will stick to just about any surface!
- Do you hold custom label material specifications confidentially?
Yes, every bespoke label material specification is developed and manufactured exclusively for the client under an NDA. Custom designs, adhesive formulations, and security features are held in strict confidence and are not made available to any other party.
- Is the label material easily over-printable?
Our label materials are extremely print-receptive, with many customers regularly printing with digital, flexo, offset, thermotransfer and UV Inkjet. We can also offer a bespoke surface coating option if required.
